Global HR Business Partner

Resolux Group, based in Denmark with subsidiaries in China, Brazil, USA & Turkey, has successfully positioned itself as preferred supply chain provider for wind turbines over past 2 decades. The recent acquisition of our group by Gexpro Services, has added great potential to our scope, service capability and activity. In order to expand existing and new opportunities, we are searching for a HR Business Partner to support our global business, working from DK/Ørbæk.

We are searching for a talented and self-driven Global HR Business Partner. Our new HRBP must be both hands-on collaborator and a strategic partner that provides full cycle Human Resources support to our global business. As a person you show initiative, and you can both challenge and support the organization. You are not afraid to initiate and implement changes and you have a can-do mentality. You combine this with an analytical and structured approach and are capable to work on many things at the same time.
You can handle the dynamics of a transition period - you have a positive mindset and think in opportunities, furthermore you thrive in an environment with different cultures, and quickly get your head around complex topics. You consider HR as an integrated part of the business and invest in your understanding of the business.


  • ​Maintain and develop existing HR platform 

  • Drive and facilitate the recurring HR annual wheel such as performance management and salary review
  • ​Ability to recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR in the group
  • ​A true hands-on approach with the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement

  • ​Responsible for all recruitment and search within the group 

  • Onboarding, develop and training, organizational structure, resignation and exits 

  • Team member in maintaining and developing CSR/Employee Ethical Guidelines 

  • Support and challenge management and act as trusted advisor in the development of their organization and their leadership in a rapidly growing business

  • Supports, coaches and interfaces with employees at all levels of the organization

  • Partnering across the group 

  • Complies with government legal requirements in each country by studying existing and new legislation advising management on needed actions

  • ​Provides coaching and development to the organization in general, building skills and confidence in all teams

  • Works collaboratively with Management DK & Country Managers, as team player in a global HR team with other HR Business Partners across the HR function to provide HR solutions to the business


  • ​Preferred a bachelor/master’s degree within HR, Communication or other relevant

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Working in a global setup, with different cultures, an advantage
  • Thorough understanding of country-specific employment laws as warranted
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • You are analytical, have a great overview of the many tasks across the entire group
  • You thrive in a set-up with high expectations and can deliver according to your goals
  • Timely, structured and detail-orientated mindset
  • Proactive work behavior and ability to work independently
  • Positive attitude and enjoy going the extra mile
  • Excellent understanding of business processes
  • Fluent in English is a requirement
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office package, and experienced ERP system user
